This East Cove was modified to include a mudroom entry off the Kitchen area for an easy access entry to the main part of the house from the driveway.
It also boasts a small balcony off the Master Bedroom upstairs. Other modifications included adding some footage to the living room area to accommodate the fireplace.
The sheathing on the chiminey is in preparation for rock work to be done soon.
